Abstracts
I have experimented and painted with texture and acrylics for many years. Its tactile nature is one that beckons the viewer to step closer…to observe its grooves, lines, cracks and colour washes. The colours achieved can be muted and soft or bold and vibrant. My endless inspiration is the sky, the land and ocean/horizon line. There is a sense of calm yet an energizing presence in these scapes.
